The Solace Clinic opened in 2026, providing haematology, medical oncology and hepatology services on the Sunshine Coast.
We offer an integrated model of care, supporting patients from their initial consultation right through to treatment and ongoing monitoring, all within the one purpose built facility. This means your specialist, treatment team and pharmacy work together under one roof, so your care is coordinated at every step.
We are a licensed day hospital with 15 treatment chairs and 4 private beds, alongside 8 specialist consulting suites. Our facility has been purpose built to support this integrated approach, with private consultation rooms, treatment spaces and comfortable patient areas designed to create a calm environment.
Because consultation, treatment and pharmacy services are all onsite, your care team can move quickly from diagnosis to treatment planning to treatment itself, with less need to coordinate across multiple locations. We also work closely with your referring doctor and other healthcare providers, so your care stays connected from referral through to ongoing follow up.
Our nursing and clinical staff are experienced specialists in their fields, and our onsite kitchen prepares meals for patients during treatment, so you and the person supporting you are well looked after for the whole time you’re with us.

Depending on the type of cancer and chemotherapy drug being used it may be given by a tablet, intravenous infusion (through a canula in your hand or arm) or injection under the skin

This treatment can be used for a range of cancers and is often part of a personalised treatment strategy developed by your specialist. Your specialist will discuss whether immunotherapy may be suitable for your treatment plan.

Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIg) is a specialised infusion therapy made from antibodies collected from donated human plasma. It is used to support the immune system and treat a range of immune, inflammatory and blood related conditions. IVIg is administered directly into the bloodstream under the supervision of our experienced clinical team, with each treatment carefully planned according to the patient’s individual needs.
Iron infusion is a treatment used to correct iron deficiency when oral supplements aren’t suitable or effective. It is given directly into the bloodstream under clinical supervision.
